A few things people ask
What's the difference between Snapshot and Snapshot+?
Snapshot is the full written report — strengths, concerns, and a ranked list of what to fix. Snapshot+ adds the Impact Drivers analysis on top: each driver of the experience mapped by how much it's actually moving your score, so the action plan is weighted by real impact.
What is CEQI?
CEQI (Customer Experience Quality Index) is a single score, ranging from -5 to +5, that combines your ratings, review sentiment and driver-level performance into one number you can track over time. It's currently in beta, available as an add-on to Snapshot+ and, once it launches, Recurring Insight. In time we plan to offer a bespoke feedback capture tool that directly dynamically requests customer feedback in your focus areas to help you better track your Customer Experience Quality Index over time.
When is Recurring Insight available?
It's coming soon — get in touch if you'd like to be first in line once it opens up.
How many reviews do you need to work with?
There's no strict minimum — even a hundred or so reviews usually contains a real signal. The more history there is, the more precisely we can tell a genuine shift from normal noise.
How long does the first report take?
Typically within a week of getting access to your review listing, depending on volume.
Which review sources do you use?
Google is the primary source for most businesses; TripAdvisor and other platforms can be added where relevant and you can provide access to reporting.
Not sure which fits?
